What documents do I need to rent a car?
To rent a vehicle at Diamond Elite, you typically need a valid Driver’s License, proof of insurance, and a credit or debit card. For gig workers (TLC), additional TLC license documents may be required.
Are your vehicles Uber and Lyft ready?
Yes! We specialize in TLC-ready vehicles for gig workers. Most of our fleet is already inspected and cleared for platforms like Uber, Lyft, and DoorDash to help you start earning immediately.
Is maintenance included in the rental price?
Absolutely. All our weekly and monthly rentals include full maintenance and regular servicing. We ensure your car stays in top condition so you can focus on the road.
Do you require a security deposit?
At Diamond Elite Rentals, we offer several ‘No Deposit’ options depending on your rental plan and background check. Contact our team for specific details based on your chosen vehicle.
What happens if the car breaks down?
We provide 24/7 Roadside Assistance to all our clients. If you face any mechanical issues, just call our support line, and we will arrange a replacement or repair immediately.
